Immediately after being signed on to the O.S.E.B. program, you will attend the intensive Business Plan Development course. After learning strategies on how to market your product, project sales and expenses, complete competitive analysis, determine insurance and legal needs, set up information systems and comply with government regulations, you will document your plans, research and strategies in your own Business Plan. Upon receiving approval to implement your plan, you will immediately proceed with starting your business.

The Business Plan Development course expands upon the plans and research explored so far in the training. Over two weeks, participants learn more about how to do primary research, develop marketing strategies, set prices, prepare cash flow projections, consider which government regulations may apply in their business, choose a location, determine insurance needs, choose a business legal structure, develop a mission statement and more.

Following the course, participants will be well on their way to completing a detailed Business Plan and Cash Flow Projection for their specific business idea.
